Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) is a corporate body of DRDO with an Independent Chairman and Director as its Administrative Head. It’s a premier centre of DRDO, formerly established as Personnel Assessment Centre (PEACE) in November 1995 to cater for DRTC Cadre (Technical Staff) of DRDO.
